Executives’ Health Fitness Status: A Case Study Of Five Public And Private Organizations In Gaborone-botswana
Abstract The purpose of this study was to assess health fitness status of randomly selected top public and private organizations’ executives in Gaborone. Methods: A randomized case study design was used to select five organizations and nine top executives from each organization. Forty five top executives aged 20-60 years were selected from five organizations (27 men and 18 women). Standard fitness assessment protocol was used to assess their health fitness components. SPSS statistics version 23 was used to process data. Descriptive statistics, mean values and percentages were used to analyze data.
