Abstract
The purpose of this study was to assess health fitness status of randomly selected top public and private organizations’ executives in Gaborone. Methods: A randomized case study design was used to select five organizations and nine top executives from each organization. Forty five top executives aged 20-60 years were selected from five organizations (27 men and 18 women). Standard fitness assessment protocol was used to assess their health fitness components.
