Purpose: The issue of compensation has for a long time been a consistent debate with immense importance directed on the wellbeing of employees and individuals in the organizations concerned Citing the importance of Compensation Styles in the public sector, this research was intended to investigate the impact of Compensation Styles in Kenya, and its effects on employee performance in the public sector, National Police Service Kenya. Methodology: The study also utilized a descriptive research design and stratified random sampling technique was used.
