Correlation Of Selected Indicators On The Career Development And Employee’s Performance: A View On Imo State Civil Service, Nigeria
Objective: This study primarily aimed to determine the significant relationship between the indicators on the career development and the employees’ performance at Imo State Civil Service. The following indicators are considered. (a) Knowledge Engineering, (b) Self- Actualization, (c) Human Capital and (d) Work Habits. Method: The study employed the descriptive research design. Survey questionnaire as the main research instrument was used in collecting data from the 447 respondents, corresponding the total population from (10) ministries of the Imo state civil service.
