Background: Tuberculosis (TB) is among the leading causes of morbidity and mortality worldwide. There were an estimated 1.4 million TB deaths in 2015, and an additional 0.4 million deaths resulting from TB disease among HIV patients. Kenya is among the 30 counties with high TB burden worldwide. Bungoma County is among the medium burden county. We aimed to find out the time of highest death and associated factors among TB patients on treatment in Bungoma County. Methodology: Retrospective descriptive study. Results: A total of 6857 patients were started on treatment, 593 (8.6%) died while on treatment.
