The practice of strategic planning within organizations, departments, and sectors are increasing in anticipation that it would translate to improved performance. One key strategy is by use of Rapid Result Initiatives (RRIs) tool by the County Government of Taita-Taveta. The specific objective of the study was to assess the perceptions of management and other staff on whether there had been the tremendous improvement in service delivery as a result of the introduction of the RRI strategy.
