Managerial Behaviour And Employee Performance At The Ghana Tourism Authority
The authors employ a qualitative case study design with a semi-structured interview to explore how the various managerial behaviours affect employee performance using respondents from the Ghana Tourism Authority. Using the convenience sampling technique, a sample size of 42 respondents were selected out of a target population of 96. The data collected was analysed thematically. The results portray that different managerial behaviours were present at the Ghana Tourism Authority and that no one particular managerial behaviour was adhered to by managers.
