This study focused on exploring, analyzing and documenting the rights and wrongs arising from a plethora of accountability initiatives by various actors. The study targeted the multiple players and power relations within the entire Humanitarian Assistance Flow Chain (HAFC) right from the donor agencies down to the communities in need. The specific objective was to evaluate donors’ determination and influence of accountability practices in humanitarian organizations.
