The objective of the current study is to explore role played by alcohol in wife abuse from the perspective of women in Kandara of Muranga County, rural Kenya.
Data for the study was collected qualitatively through focus group discussions and in depth interviews. Participants were selected from members of existing women groups through purposive sampling method.
