The advent of ARV has considerably improved the quality of life PLHIV in Nigeria. They have improved work productivity and they spend fewer days seeking treatment due to illness. Research has shown that improvement on quality of life is largely on the domains I, II, III and VI of WHOQOL-HIV INSTRUMENT; domains IV and V which address personal and social relationships and the environment are not as good as the other domains.
