The study sought to determine the influence of employee empowerment on quality of service in Public Healthcare sector in Kenya. Specifically, it was to determine the influence of quality circles, information sharing and resources on quality of service. A descriptive survey research design was used to gather data from 150 hospitals in levels four (4) and five (5) as per the government of Kenya categorization structure (MoH, 2015).
