In this paper we have been able to develop a mathematical model of the distribution and movement of population within the religious groups in Nigeria with four interacting, sub religious cultures (African traditional religion, Christianity, Sabbath and Islam). We investigated some of the equilibria and their stability, such as E0(0,0,0,0), E1 , E2 , E3 , E4 , E13 and E14 . It was noted that the last equilibrium is E1234 and it exists if our model is persistent. It was established that E0(0,0,0,0) is an unstable equilibrium, E1 , E2 , E3 , E4 are saddle points.
