This study explored the relationship between test anxiety and academic achievement of third year Senior High School students in the Agona Municipality of Ghana using the descriptive cross-sectional survey design. Test Anxiety Scale (TAS), developed by Sarason (1978), r=0.80 and an authors’ self-developed questionnaire were used to measure test anxiety levels and attitude of 270 students randomly selected from five schools.
