Corporate websites have become important mechanisms for communicating the economic, environmental and social goals of the corporation, for mobilizing stakeholder support, and for enhancing the reputation of the firm. This study examines the websites of the 100 most sustainable corporations in India as identified by Business India survey, November 2010. The aim of the study was to deepen the understanding of corporate websites in which corporate social responsibility issues are included. The study was mainly intended to know the terms used and analyze the way in which the top companies in India communicate their Corporate Social Responsibility information through their corporate websites.
