The Role Of Marketing Intelligence And Internal Marketing In Improving Employees' Satisfaction: An Empirical Study
The study aims to analyse the synergic relationship between marketing intelligence and internal marketing; and their impact on employees’ satisfaction in the hotel chains in Amman from the perspective of employees. . 387 questionnaires were distributed to personnel who work in different departments in Amman hotel chains. Amos 18 was employed to test the relationships between the variables of the study. The findings of the study showed significant correlations amongst the main variables of the study namely; marketing intelligence, internal marketing and employees’ satisfaction. Amount of goodness fit index (GFI=0.901)and comparative fit index(CFI=0.941)showed stability .of the model.
