Engineering education is not mugging up laws behind various theories and through cursive writing or through good verbal communication winning the game. It’s the learning and practice of the engineering principles during the four years of course where the role of teachers in action has a significant value. This paper discusses these issues based on a survey taken among the students of different disciplines.
