In the dynamic landscape of the Nigeria oil and gas downstream sector, the imperative of rethinking ethical paradigms emerges as a cornerstone for achieving entrepreneurial success. This paper explores the pivotal role of ethical paradigms within the sector, emphasizing the profound impact it wield on entrepreneurial endeavors. The exploratory research design was adopted in this study because it allows systematic review of extant literature. The Nigeria oil and gas downstream sector is indeed a strategic component of the nation's economy, which from all indications grapple with multi-faceted challenges, including unethical and corrupt practices, environmental concerns, and safety violations.
