This paper shows that the theory for those notions of Weyl spectrum simplifies if the underlying space is a separable Hilbert space and the operator is reduced by its finite- dimensional eigenspaces. The spectrum and essential spectrum of an operator has been studied with respect to similarity and unitary equivalence. In this paper we give possibility of relaxing unitary equivalence to similarity hence concludes that weyl spectrum hold for similarity.
