Foreign direct investment (FDI) is seen as an important factor for entrepreneurial development as it brings not only capital but technology and knowledge that can spillover to domestic entrepreneurs, but the extent to which FDI has contributed to entrepreneurial activities in Nigeria is yet unclear.
