Background: In health care, Satisfaction is a rational outcome measure of quality of health care service. Results from Satisfaction appraisals reflect the patients' views and expectations of services received. This study assessed satisfaction with nursing care. Objective: To evaluate and comparatively assess the satisfaction of clients with the nursing care of pregnant women attending antenatal in secondary and tertiary health
