The study analyzes the efficiency and sustainability of Microfinance Institutions in Sri Lanka during financial crisis time period for 2008 and 2009. This study explores the differential effects of structural and process factors on two types of innovations; administrative and technological. A data set of 324 respondents from nonprofit organizations has been used. The responses have been statistically analyzed through regression analysis and correlation matrix.
