Background: There is a growing concern of young people are increasingly exposed to sexual explicit materials through different channels. Such exposure has harmful outcomes including indulging risky sexual behaviors. We therefore conducted a study to investigate exposure to sexual explicit materials and related factors among secondary school students in Tanzania.
