This study examined the effect of reward system on the performance of employees in Banrut Roll Nigeria Limited. Also, the study tested the relationship between financial reward and non-financial reward on employee's performance. The study adopted mixed methods with the intention of establishing relationship between reward package and employee's performance. The study made use of survey design by administering quantitative instrument, questionnaire to measure relationship between reward (independent variable) and employee's performance (dependent variable).
