Haematology And Serum Biochemistry Of Finisher Broilers Fed Graded Levels Of Dried Scent Leaf (ocimum Gratissimum L.) Meal-based Diets
A four weeks experiment was conducted to asses hematological and serum biochemical responses of finisher broilers fed graded levels of dried scent leaf (Ocimum gratissimum L.) meal based diet. Four treatment diets were formulated, Diet 1 (T1) had no inclusion of dried scent leaf meal ( control), Diet 2 (T2) contained 2.5% inclusion of dried scent leaf meal (DSLM), Diet 3 (T3) contained 5.0% inclusion of dried scent leaf meal (DSLM), Diet 4 (T4) contained 7.5% dried leaf meal (DSLM). One hundred and twenty (120) four weeks old broilers (ANAK) were used in this study. The birds were assigned in a completely randomized design into four treatments, with each treatment having 30 birds which wasDownloadViews: 69
