Classroom management as a tool and a process has always been a hotly debated topic in academia as to its effect on teaching and learning, hence this study. The study aimed to determine classroom management strategies being used at Ghana Technology University College (GTUC) and to develop more applicable classroom management strategies for effective classroom management, using four of the main classroom management approaches.
