The aim of the study was to determine the effect of team culture on the turnover intention at Fidelity Bank where one hundred and fifty (150) respondents where sampled using the stratified random sampling. Data collected was analyzed using SPSS version 23 and results presented using both descriptive and inferential statistics. The findings indicated that team culture was perceived by respondents as an essential part of the team culture at an organization staff (Mean= 3.97; StDev= 1.02).
