Teamwork has become an important aspect among new teachers in Technical and Vocational Education (TVE). However, there are some of new teachers who are hardly implementing working as a team in the school organization. Due to this matter, the important aspects of teamwork should be recognized earlier by the new teachers as soon as they involved in the TVE institution.
