This study sought to come up with strategies that can be employed to resuscitate the paper industry in Zimbabwe after witnessing increased closures. The research used the case study approach to understand underlying reasons for the increased closures of companies. The population size was 100 and sample size was 75. Thematic analysis was used as the data analysis method. The major findings are that the closure of companies in the industry was due to obsolete and antiquated machinery and that there are no strategies to revive the industry. Investment in new machinery, technologies and human capital was exposed as instrumental to the revival of the industry. Download
