The research study investigated the quality assurance goals and specification of quality education in public primary schools in Thika west District in Kiambu County. The study’s objectives were to find out whether there were enough quality assurance officer in the district, to examine to what extent quality assurance officer have helped the teachers in delivering quality education, and to investigate how often quality assurance officers visit the schools. The researchers used a quantitative research methodology with a survey research design. The target population for the study was 297 individuals. The study recommends quality assurance officers and tack tutors to be deployed.
