Teacher creativity is critical in nurturing imagination and innovativeness of students especially those in secondary schools. However, despite the fact that performance appraisal has been employed as a strategy for improving employee performance, limited information is available regarding how performance appraisal of teacher creativity influence teachers' performance. This study used a case of secondary schools in Migori County in Kenya to explore how performance appraisal of teaching creativity influence teachers' performance.
