Performance Appraisal Of Teaching Creativity And Its Influence On Teachers’ Performance Among Public Secondary Schools In Migori County, Kenya
Teacher creativity is critical in nurturing imagination and innovativeness of students especially those in secondary schools. However, despite the fact that performance appraisal has been employed as a strategy for improving employee performance, limited information is available regarding how performance appraisal of teacher creativity influence teachers' performance. This study used a case of secondary schools in Migori County in Kenya to explore how performance appraisal of teaching creativity influence teachers' performance. A cross sectional survey design on a target population of 276 secondary schools comprising of 2961 teachers and 276 principals was adopted by the researchers.
