Digital Platform For Academic Management As A Correlate Of Student Satisfaction In Higher Education Institutions In The Democratic Republic Of The Congo
The objective of this research is to propose a scale to measure the satisfaction of ISIG/Goma students in North Kivu province, regarding the educational platform that its IT department has set up to facilitate academic management and communication with them. More specifically, it is a question of determining the components and attributes that students consider and the importance they attach to each. To do this, the literature and semi-structured interviews of students made it possible to generate a measurement scale composed of 13 important items to measure student satisfaction with the educational platform.
