Efficacy Of Central-local Financial Relations In Land Policy Implementation
Land is progressively acknowledged as a major governance problem all over the world (UN-Habitat, 2014). This study sought to find out central-local financial relations and land policy implementation in the Districts of Kasese, Sheema and Bushenyi in Uganda since the Uganda National Land Policy (UNLP) 2013. Using mixed methods design data was collected from 436 participants and respondents was analysed using SPSS 23 for quantitative analysis and general content analysis for qualitative analysis.
