The Impact Of Microfinance On Rural Enterprises (a Case Study In Nandom District)
This study explored the impact of microfinance on rural enterprises in the Nandom District. The study made use of both primary and secondary data. The entire population of the study was 300 microcredit beneficiaries but the researchers sampled 120 microcredit beneficiaries who have done business with microfinance institutions for the past 6 years. Simple random sampling method was used in selecting the population. The researchers also used purposive sampling technique to get 10 key informants such as group executives, market queens and the managers of micro enterprises.
