An Assessment Of Acceptance Of Snails As Food In The Tamale Metropolis Of The Northern Region – Ghana
This study was carried out in the Tamale metropolis of the northern region to assess the level of acceptability of snails. In all, 232 respondents (farmers, sellers, buyers and consumers) in the study area were randomly selected for the study.
