Assessing The Relationship Between Organisational Culture And Job Satisfaction In The Telecommunication Sector Of Ghana
The study examined the correlation between organisational culture and employee job satisfaction in the Ghanaian context using Telecommunication sector as a case. Purposive sampling technique was employed to select 80 respondents for the study. Quantitative research design was used, and with the aid of SPSS regression was run to determine the relationship between organisational culture and employee Job satisfaction.
The result
