This paper seeks to examine the breakfast eating patterns of Pre-service teachers in Ghana, using Kibi College of Education as a case. The study employed the quantitative approach. The purposive/ convenience sampling method was used to sample the population for this study. The instrument data was used for the data collection was questionnaire. Frequency count and percentages were used to analyse the data collected. Results of this study show that students in colleges of Education often like to eat breakfast in the mornings and see breakfast as an important meal of the day. Download
