Teachers' knowledge and skills in a given subject is a vital key in the learning of students in class. When learners are taught by teachers with competence, the learning go on smoothly with no interruptions. The study aimed at Assessing teachers' knowledge and skills in integrating ICT in teaching and learning of students with learning disabilities in Rwanda Secondary schools. The researcher intended to advocate for disabled children to attain quality education in an inclusive classroom setting.
