Study on biochemical efficacy of cattle and human urine on existing soil microbes and nutrients around Nigeria police academy, Wudil Kano, Nigeria was carried out using a Random sampling with three (3) experimental sites each of (10x10)m2 with plot 1 and 2 treated with cattle and human urine respectively, while plot 3 with no treatment as control. The composited soil samples obtained was oven dried at 70oc for 24hours and analyzed chemically and microbiologically for total bacterial and fungal counts using standard spread plate dilution methods.
