Access to quality post abortion care services is a challenge in Kenya even after the promulgation of a new law that makes access to reproductive health services a right for all. In Kenya, there is a devolved system of government with 47 regional states. Meru County is one these subnational states with limited documented data on access to post abortion care services. This cross-sectional study sought to document factors that influence delivery of Post Abortion Care (PAC) services in Meru County.
