The study critically and empirically investigated if relationship exists between organizational structure and organizational systems functionality in hospitality and tourism firms in Nigeria. A cross-sectional research was adopted. The instrument validity was ascertained, and reliability test score of .876 was obtained using Chronbach alpha test. Copies of Likert 5-scale coded and structured questionnaire were distributed to 60 statistically selected strategic managers, drawn from 10 statistically selected hospitality and tourism firms operating in South-South and South-East geo-political zones in Nigeria. 54 copies of the research instrument were found fit for analysis, after data cleaning.
