The focus of this study was to investigate the influence of human resource maintenance training practices on employee engagement in manufacturing firms in Nigeria. The study adopted a descriptive research design. A sample of 395 employees from the manufacturing firms in Nigeria was selected for the study using stratified, simple random and purposive sampling techniques. Data was collected through questionnaire and analysed with the aid of descriptive and inferential statistics using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 21.
