The focus of this study was to investigate the influence of human resource maintenance training practices on employee engagement in manufacturing firms in Nigeria. The study adopted a descriptive research design. A sample of 395 employees from the manufacturing firms in Nigeria was selected for the study using stratified, simple random and purposive sampling techniques.
