The purpose of this research was to investigate the relationship between organizational culture and performance in context to Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE) with central intentions to make conclusions and recommendations to this institution and by extension to the industry so that these institutions start appreciating the role of a strong organizational culture towards better performance.
