The study analyzed the use of improved yam processing technologies among women processors in Gwagwalada, Abuja, Nigeria. Multi-stage sampling procedure was used to obtain the sample size of 120 respondents. Data were collected through administration of structured questionnaire and interview schedule. Data collected were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The average mean age of respondents was 40years and majority (84.2%) of the respondents were married, most (60%) of the respondents had family size of 6-10 people and (36.7%) of the respondents had secondary school, (70%) of the respondents were engaged in yam farming and processing.
