This cross-sectional survey design study is carried out purposefully to investigate the relationship between ethical institutionalization strategies and corporate governance success in Rivers State Public Sectors Ministries, Port Harcourt, Nigeria. The population of this study consists of fifty (50) principal officers comprising permanent secretaries and directors of the ten selected Ministries in Rivers State Civil Service.
