The purpose of this study was to enhance knowledge of the influences exerted by the ownership dichotomy on the amount of corporate social responsibility disclosures in Nigerian capital market. The sampled data are that of non-financial firms from the Nigerian capital market from 2000 to 2015 whose reporting are deemed to be completed within the financial years stated with the required CSR disclosures.
