Labor Turnover In Selected Hotels In The Sunyani Municipality
The hospitality industry is a labor intensive industry and so it is very common to experience labor turnover in all the sectors. Initial observations in some hospitality service joints indicate that new faces are found at these hotels over a short period. This study was motivated by the desire of the researchers to find out the nature of employee turnover in the hospitality industry in the Sunyani Municipality the factors that account for it, effects on their operation and the probable solutions to curtail the problem.
