Effectiveness of business straining implementations have been invariably affected by either internal or external factors to the training. Business trainees in Marsabit Central and Marsabit South Sub-Counties in Marsabit County displayed low percentages of business start-up survivals (32.2%), inadequate business skills and lacked financial resources. Surviving start-ups showed quite slow business growth rates and the owners experiencing low quality of lives.
