Inadequate access to public government utilities and services has been identified as one of the dimension of poverty in the Niger Delta and Nigeria as a whole. The key objective of this study is to explore the level of spatial accessibility of selected European Union extended micro projects programme (MPP) schemes across the south-south states of Nigeria.
