This study sought to assess the use of Social Media for communication between county Government and the county citizens. The specific objective for the research was to assess the adoption of social media tools for communication between county government and the county citizens. The research employed the mixed method approach of data collection and analysis. The research targeted Kisii County citizens. A sample of 405 county citizens representing the 9 sub counties of Kisii County and 20 County Communication officers were selected.
