This article critically examined the main issues such as inadequate resources; curriculum and syllabus overloading, teachers’ characteristic, poor management and planning. Inadequate classroom, inadequate staff room, inadequate teaching aids, inadequate and poorly equipped laboratories and workshops and even indecent teaching environment impede curriculum and course syllabus delivery in secondary school in Kenya.
