The study sought to investigate innovations in capacity development of education managers towards achievement of education for all goals in Kenya. The study used desk top research. The study found that there are gaps between competencies and responsibilities of those mandated to undertake provision of education. The study concluded that majority of education managers have not received competitive management training to enable them manage education efficiently. Capacities and skills of education managers should be commensurate with the tasks they perform.
